Title: Overnight Pickled Vegetables

1cWater
1cSugr
2tsPickling spices
1/2cWhite vinegar
2mdZucchini
2mdCarrots
2mdSweet red peppers
1smYellow squash

Bring water, sugar, spices and bring to a boil and simmer 5 mins. Cool to room temp an add vinegar, sliced ves in rounds or matchstick sizes to total 4 cups. Place zucchini in a glass jar and arrange over carrots peppers, and yellow squash. Pack tightly so they will not float to top of the jar.
